    Abstract [en]

    Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate if there were any general increase in

    eversion angle of the heel when running in bare feet, in an exhausted condition compared to a

    well rested condition, for young men without excessive pronation.

    Background: Currently the majority of orthopedic workshops, sports- and running stores

    supply individually designed insoles to support and/or correct biomechanical structures in the

    lower extremity. A dynamic analysis will most commonly be performed of the patient on a

    treadmill. Subsequently the insoles will be fabricated after the patients demand. One problem

    that can occur when the running analysis is performed is that the patient is in a physically well

    rested condition. When the patient gets exhausted over time, the running technique is

    impaired and the strain on the lower extremity increases.

    Participants: Eight male subjects.

    Method: The eversion angle was compared before and after an exhausting running procedure

    on the treadmill.

    Result: The eversion angle tends to increase in relation to exhaustion, however not significant

    (p>0.05).

    Conclusion: No significant difference in eversion angle was noted in this study, however the

    eversion angle tends to increase in relation to exhaustion. Serious clinicians within the field

    should take this parameter into consideration to be able to make a professional assessment.

    Abstract [sv]

    Ringhals AB upplever att de har stora underhållskostnader på tre kompressorer som försörjer system 751 med tryckluft. Rapportens syfte är att ta fram ett beslutsunderlag för att kunna motivera en nyinvestering. Underlaget ska innefatta bl.a. en underhållskostnad för kompressorerna, vilka de vanligaste felen är samt en rekommendation till lämplig utbytesinvestering.

    En sammanställning av underhållskostnader har genomförts för att sedan ställa i jämförelse med en nyinvestering. Då driftsäkerheten för Ringhals AB är av största prioritet, undersöktes vilka de vanligaste felen är som uppkommer samt hur ofta underhållsinsatser krävs. Denna undersökning visade att 80 % av dagens fel kommer att försvinna helt vid en nyinvestering av skruvkompressorer.

    Arbetet har genomförts genom att undersöka de arbetsordrar på kompressorerna som uppstått under de senaste 10 åren. Ur arbetsordrarna sammanställdes vilka underhållskostnader kompressorerna har, gällande mantimmar och reservdelar, både på avhjälpande- och förebyggande underhåll. Flera mätningar har genomförts, en elmätning för att se hur elförsörjningen ser ut i de olika driftstegen hos kompressorerna samt en ljudmätning för att kunna jämföra hur ljudnivån förändras med ett investeringsalternativ. En undersökning av hur mycket administrativ tid som lagts ned på varje avhjälpande underhåll har också utförts.

    I den stora underhållskostnaden som finns idag på kompressorerna ingår det en ventilrenoveringskostnad av hög- och lågttrycksventiler. Den kostnaden skulle försvinna helt samt frigöra mantimmar om byte till skruvkompressorer sker, p.g.a. att det inte finns några sådana ventiler i en skruvkompressor.

    Två leverantörer av kompressorer kontaktades och deras offerter jämfördes sedan med hjälp av nuvärdesmetoden och en LCC- kalkyl. Den mest lämpliga investeringen för Ringhals AB är skruvkompressorer, ZR200, från Atlas Copco Compressor AB. Deras kompressorer ger en lägre livstidskostnad och ett bättre nuvärde under beräkningsperioden på 15 år. Dessa kompressorer uppfyller de krav som ställs från Ringhals och de kan kopplas direkt på nuvarande system. En investering skulle bidra med att underhållskostnaderna, för att bibehålla tryckluftssystem 751 i drift, skulle sjunka drastiskt. Det skulle också frigöras mantimmar, både hos serviceteknikerna och underhållsingenjörerna, då mindre underhåll krävs.

    Housing shortage in densely built-up areas is becoming more substantial and students are frequently being most affected. The building of new residences is in progress aound the country but the increment is way too slow. Central located land resources in the cities are decreasing and new development is being located farther away from the city centre. One option to reduce the housing shortage and to strive after a densified inner city could be by making use of the existing attics whom are common in older buildings with a high-pitched roof.

    When is it profitable to transform an empty attic to an attic storey? What regulations and demands needs to be followed?

    The residential building Karlsborg 5 on Tegnérgatan 13 in Jönköping is conducted by HSB Gambrinus. The purpose with this examination paper is to develop sustainable projects for a refurbishment of the attic in the residential building.

    The essay is delimited against building student accommodations. Several projects is straightened where advantages and disadvantages are being analyzed to be able to set the profitability of the project.

    To get a deepened understanding about attics and therof being able to fulfill a professional work for HSB a pilot study about attics were made. Literature studies and internet research has been made to gather knowledge about conditions and limitations whom are common in attic constructions. To be able to investigate the regulations and demands arising when refurbishing an attic several people in the Town Building Office in Jönköping has been interviewed and the Building Administration has been contacted. One building consultant and one HVAC consultant has been contacted to help out with building- and installation technology solutions.

    The layout projects fell into three different proposals at last. In one proposal the attic is being in use as a duplex apartment where smaller halls of residence are located on the top floor. An interior stairway connects the top floor and the intermediate apartment on the third floor. In the other two proposals four separated student accommodations are being built in the attic. One alternative involves an elevator which is located in the existing bedrooms of the north apartments, while a new elevator and stairwell are being built outside the residential building in the other alternative.

    By means of calculations and assumptions different economical situations has been compiled for the different projects.

    “Duplex apartment with interior stairway” result in an investment expenditure of 4 003 000 kr with annual incomes of approx 223 000 kr/year.

    “Elevator in existing bedrooms” result in an investment expenditure of 4 619 000 kr with annual incomes of approx 307 000 kr/year.

    “Externally lying elevator and stairwell” result in an investment expenditure of 5 408 000 kr with annual incomes of approx 350 000 kr/year.
