Arytmier innebär en rubbning i hjärtats retledningssystem. Detta fenomen kan vara kliniskt betydelsefull hos patienter med tidigare hjärtsjukdom främst hjärtinfarkt men förekommer även ibland som en benign arytmi hos en frisk individ. Arytmier under ansträngning är vanligt både hos en frisk och en hjärtsjuk individ men det anses även vara en riskfaktor för att drabbas av kranskärlsjukdom under en längre sikt. Att arytmi kan vara en riskfaktor för att senare drabbas av kranskärlsjukdom har länge varit kontroversiell Syftet med denna studie var att genom en systematisk litteraturstudie undersöka om arytmier kan ha någon korrelation till kranskärlsjukdom även hos individer som i dags läget är friska. Totalt granskades 10 artiklar som kunde besvara syftet. De olika studierna studerade både friska och kranskärl sjuka individer under ett arbetsprov och eventuella tillägg av undersökningsmetoder. Resultatet visade både att arytmi kan korrelera till kranskärlsjukdom och även att det inte behöver ha någon påverkan av att senare drabbas av kranskärlsjukdom. Inom granskad litteratur råder det delade meningar om korrelationen mellan arytmier och kranskärlsjukdom

Abstract [en]

Arrhythmias involves a disorder of the heart’s conduction system. This phenomenon may be clinically significant in patients with prior cardia disease mainly myocardial infarction but also occurs sometimes as a benign arrhythmia of a healthy individual. Arrhythmias during exercise is common both in a healthy and a heart sick individual but it also considered as a risk factor for suffer from coronary heart disease in the future. That arrhythmia may be a risk factor for later development of coronary heart disease has for a long time been controversial. The purpose of this study was that through a systematic literature review to examine whether arrhythmias may have correlation to coronary artery disease even in individuals in the current moment is healthy. The different studies studied both healthy and individuals with coronary heart diseases during a stress test and eventually other method of investigations. Total reviewed 10 articles that could answer the purpose. The result showed both that arrhythmia may correlate to coronary heart disease, and also that it does not need to have any impact of later coronary disease. In the reviewed literature there are different opinions on the correlation between arrhythmias and coronary heart disease.
