Abstract [en]

Enterprises operate in rapidly changing environments, which requires the implementation of adaptable solutions in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) sector. This work introduces a capability management approach to tackle these challenges. The main contributions of this paper are (1) introducing the concept of Capability-as-a-Service (CaaS) and (2) application of CaaS in the industrial BPO case.
