This thesis evaluates the needs and expectations of foreign engineering students regarding educational services at Jönköping University using the KANO model. The study identifies basic, performance, and attractive requirements of students, providing insights for enhancing educational quality. A quantitative research design utilizing structured questionnaires revealed key areas for improvement in curriculum design, teaching methodologies, learning resources, and support systems. The results aim to help universities prioritize resources effectively to meet the diverse needs of foreign engineering students, ultimately contributing to a better educational experience and institutional reputation.
