Abstract [pt]

A literatura sobre inovação em redes de startups indica a necessidade de se estabelecer um fluxo de informação com fluidez e capaz de gerar valor. Neste cenário, são estudados elementos como: gestão do conhecimento, fluxo de informação e comportamento das redes interorganizacionais. O objetivo deste trabalho é analisar as etapas do fluxo de informação nos processos de inovação, em redes interorganizacionais formadas por startups da região do Triângulo Mineiro e empresas demandantes. Foi realizado um estudo multicaso com startups na mencionada localidade por meio de entrevistas em profundidade. Os resultados ajudam a caracterizar pontos que devem servir de sustentação nas redes interorganizacionais, envolvendo startups, para a esperada fluidez no fluxo de informação: sistemas de coordenação e cooperação, poder influência na rede, criação de valor e inovação e o comportamento organizacional.

Abstract [en]

The literature on innovation in startups indicates the need for an information flow with fluidity and capacity to generate value. In this scenario, elements such as knowledge of knowledge, information flow and behavior of interorganizational networks are studied. The objective of this work is to analyze the stages of information flow in innovation processes, networks and interorganizational organizations by startups from the Triângulo Mineiro region and demanding companies. A multisite study was conducted with startups in the locality region through in - depth interviews. The results obtained include a characterization of support points in interorganizational networks, startups of departures, value generation and information flow, interaction and change systems, value generation and innovation, and organizational behavior.
