The purpose of this work is to carry out a study under ongoing projects at Asplunds building to investigate the knowledge on which decisions are made. The work will be conducted during meetings where the contractor and the client gather. An additional purpose of the study is also to get a clearer picture of what old qualitative shortcomings in projects have taught the organization.  

Based on the study's analysis, how the decision-making process can be identified and how decision were made. It has emerged that cooperation with employees is an important method of transferring knowledge. In order to streamline learning and decision-making in the workplace, it is recommended; day meeting, staff development, sharing knowledge with employees as well as obtaining information to make decisions. What these points highlight staff strength.  

The report clearly shows that there are problems within the current decision-making process as well as the learning process. In order to achieve a working decision, more resources are required and daily meetings are of great use. A proposal for further research is to see how the decision is taken in large companies. This will increase the ability of decision makers in the future
