Abstract [en]

Bangladesh as a developing country has gone through many changes in the past few decades. This thesis work is an exploratory study that has the main objective to give in depth analysis of the Bangladeshi change management practices and since the current literature of these concepts is written / researched by Western authors, on their main discrepancies from the already existing models. The jute industry – as one of the main sector of the country – was chosen by the authors to analyse the management techniques and to summarize the findings in a new model.
