Abstract [en]

Corporate culture has great influence on the post-acquisition integration process between acquiring firm and target firm. This study suggests that it is easier for a firm with a Strong corporate culture to acquire a firm with a Weak corporate culture. Furthermore, it is important for the acquiring firm to be aware of its own corporate culture, as well as the one of the target firm. This in order to make sufficient strategies and better decisions regarding the integration process.
