Abstract [sv]

I detta projekt har ett femtontal byggnader kartlagts med avseende på hur krav på belysningssystem ställs och växer fram under byggprocessen samt i vilken grad belysningskompetens har anlitats vid projektering och upphandling. Studien baseras på genomgång av bygghandlingar samt intervjuer med inblandade aktörer vid beställning, planering, projektering, upphandling och installation av belysningsanläggningarna i de undersökta byggprojekten.

Utvärderingsresultatet tyder som väntat på att kvalitetsnivån hos de olika belysningsfaktorerna i första hand beror på medvetenheten hos byggherrar, typ av byggnad samt tillgänglig belysningskompetens. Den funktionella belysningen i form av arbetsplatsbelysning och allmänljus håller i allmänhet relativt god kvalitet särskilt i vanligt förekommande lokaler. Kompetensen när det gäller att samtidigt skapa en trivsam och hälsosam ljusmiljö är dock bristfällig, medan kompetensen att åstadkomma hög energieffektivitet är relativt god.

Högsta kvalitetsnivå uppnås i större och avancerade anläggningar med erfarna och kunniga byggherrar som äger och förvaltar fastigheter i såväl offentlig som privat verksamhet.

Abstract [en]

In this project about fifteen buildings have been surveyed regarding how requirements of lighting systems are given and grown during the building processes and also to what extent lighting competence has been engaged in design and procurement. The study is based on the content of building documents and on interviews with involved actors in ordering, planning, designing, procurement and installation of lighting in the studied building projects.

The evaluation results indicate as expected that the quality level of the lighting factors in first hand depends on the lighting awareness of builders, type of building and available lighting competence in the project. The lighting functions as working place lighting together with surrounding lighting keep in general relatively good quality particularly in common building premises. However, the competence in creating a pleasant and healthy lighting environment is limited, while the competence in creating high energy efficiency is relatively good.

The highest lighting quality levels are reached in larger and advanced building projects with experienced and competent builders who own and administrate house properties, public as well as private.
